Let’s be real—life gets messy, and that mess can spill over into our homes and minds.
If your messy house is adding to the stress, it might be time for a reset.
That’s why I’m so excited to share this FREE 14-Day Declutter Your Home & Mind Challenge.
This is the exact plan I followed when I felt completely overwhelmed by all of life’s responsibilities.
I had tried numerous home organization planners and challenges all over the internet, but they were all too complicated, too long, and too hard to stick to.
This short challenge was just what I needed to take a step back and refocus with just a few small steps each day.
It’s an easy way to make manageable changes that can have a big impact on your whole house and your mental well-being.
I know, I know—the decluttering process sounds like just another thing to add to your already packed schedule.
But here’s the good news: this challenge is all about making life easier, not harder.
And the best part? It’s only 14 days long!
You don’t need to be a professional organizer or spend hours cleaning.
You’ll be surprised at how much difference just a few minutes each day can make in transforming how your living space feels—and how you feel in it.
This post is all about how to declutter your home in the easiest way possible.

14-Day Declutter Your Home & Mind Challenge
What’s the 14-Day Declutter Challenge All About?
So, here’s the plan: over the next two weeks, you’ll focus on different areas of your house and your mind.
Each day has a specific task, from organizing your home office to tidying up the living room, and even a little mental health reset like gratitude practice or setting intentions.
The goal isn’t perfection—just progress.
If at the end of the 14 days, you have just a slightly more organized home, you’ve won.
I intentionally created this challenge so that each task is designed to take only 15-20 minutes.
You don’t need to feel overwhelmed because it fits right into your busy life.
Set a timer. You may not be able to do everything you want to, but you’ll be shocked at the positive impact just 15 minutes per day can bring.
Each day, you can expect tasks like:
- Organize the Entryway & Set Intentions:
- Start to declutter your home by creating a welcoming entryway and setting clear, realistic goals for yourself.
- Tidy the Kids’ Rooms & Reflect on Positivity:
- Get your family members’ help here. Get those kids’ rooms organized while focusing on the positive moments in your day. (Because there’s always something good, even if it’s just a quiet minute with your coffee.)
- Sort Items like Books and Magazines & Reflect on Growth:
- Organize those stacks of books and take a moment to appreciate how far you’ve come—not just in tidying, but in life.
- Final Sweep & Reflect on Your Journey:
- Wrap it up with a final tidy, get rid of any additional unwanted items, and take in how much your entire home has transformed. (You put in some hard work. And yes, that totally deserves a celebratory dance in your newly organized space.)
The goal here isn’t just to clean up—it’s to create a home that feels good to be in. And when your space feels good, you feel good too. It’s as simple as that.
Admittedly, the hardest step is getting started.

Why Is This Different?
If you’re skeptical because you’ve tried things like this to get a clean home time and time again and they always fail, believe me, I get it more than anyone.
What makes this challenge different from all the other planners and systems out there is that it was created by me—a working mom with ADHD, far too many jobs & side gigs, and more mental health struggles than days off each year.
Trust me when I say I’ve been in the trenches of feeling like there’s never enough time and way too much to handle.
Also, it’s 100% free so there’s no risk in giving it a try and see if it helps you like it helped me.
I tried countless methods that all seemed to promise big results but left me more overwhelmed than ever.
That’s why I designed this challenge with real life in mind: simple, manageable tasks that make a noticeable difference without expecting you to overhaul your entire life overnight.
It’s all about making realistic improvements in small areas that you can stick with, even when things get hectic, instead of setting up a rigid system that falls apart at the first sign of chaos.
I know firsthand how much a clearer space impacts your mental well-being, so this challenge is as much about clearing your mind as it is about organizing your physical objects.
Because let’s be real—that’s half the battle.
